claudemint is an AI & digital transformation studio based in Dubai, working with teams across the UAE and the GCC. We started it for a simple reason: the market was full of consultants who sold slides and developers who shipped black boxes, and almost no one who owned the whole thing — from the first ROI question to a system your team can actually run after we leave.

So we built the opposite. A senior, deliberately small team that masters the leading models, builds the best-optimised solution for the job, and brings in specialist experts as the work demands. We carry our own methodology for maximising client gains while driving token and running costs down — a discipline most providers simply don't have.

We work two ways: done-for-you, where we build and hand over, and do-it-yourself, where we teach your team to build and run AI themselves. Either way, every engagement is exit-by-design. The day we hand back the keys is the day the work is done.

We're production people first. We'd rather show you a thin slice in real hands by week four than a polished deck in week twelve. If AI doesn't earn its keep for a given process, we'll tell you — and tell you what does.
